Dearest Friends across America

Blessings to all of you from Maine and Massachusetts where I've been staying the past week. I wanted to give you a short report tonight as I review the astonishing, amazing, delightful, intensely prophetic, declarative, and revelatory events of the past week. It was a week ago tonight on 10-10-08 that I arrived in Eastport, Maine after three weeks of fast paced travel across the county. I can only tell you my face was set as flint as I made my way and felt the compelling hand of the Lord upon me. I don't know that I have ever held such an important prayer assignment or felt the urgency of it. TO HIS GLORY, I arrived at my destination on time.

I was greatly blessed to meet with Pastors Richard and Linda Brink of Eastgate Apostolic Center in Oakland/Waterville, Maine. They are key leaders to the entire state and the hub of many timely conferences and networking with intercessors and pastors across the state and all over New England. We had immediate heart to heart connections and the Lord gave us several days of sharing insights, stories, and strategies. They had been given the key to Maine by USPN network, involving Chuck Pierce and Dutch Sheets on their 50 state tour and visit to Maine. They truly are KEY leaders.

The night I arrived on Oct 9, they invited me to share at their ministry school about how I had been gathering waters and what had compelled me to drive over 4,000 miles to pray at the far northeast corner of Maine at the waters. At the end they asked if they could see the beautiful gem I had brought with me and we went into another level of glory and impartation. That night to my delight, they honored me by presenting the Isaiah 22:22 key to Maine. They had me hold it while they prayed for me and told me to take it with me to the shores of Maine. I took a picture of that beautiful key laying in the waters and was so thrilled to have such a cherished key and such an open door into Maine. I was blessed to speak at their church on Sunday morning and a Bridge church group near Portland on Sunday night. The Lord graciously opened wide the doors to many wonderful friendships in Maine and I anticipate there will be many more. On Monday, we drove to Bangor where I was blessed to meet with more key intercessors and establish deep ties to Maine as we partner together for America. The drive across Maine was unforgettable in beauty as the trees decorated the landscape. The weather was perfect and I learned the foliage was at optimum color as many were taking their annual fall foliage tour. It was the perfect weekend for every connection made and only the Lord could have given me those dates several weeks ago.

The pictures will speak for themselves and I will try to write more later on. I'm limited at the computer tonight and was just able to download some pictures into an album that will be available for your viewing at www.kodakgallery.com. Log in my email address of selahministries@hotmail.com, and then the password which is also selahministries. That will give you access to the album without downloading them onto your computer. If you have trouble, let me know.

In my last email, I shared with you about the number 212 as it pertains to the boiling point of water and flash points of change. On the morning I left I stopped at a gas station and to my shock and delight, a little red car with the numbers 212 was on the Maine plate. As I entered the on ramp of I-95 north into Bangor and towards Eastport, I had come 212 miles from my last stop in Massachusetts. Then to top that off, enroute to Eastport, near Machias, my odometer registered 148,888 miles, which meant I had come 4,444 miles since mile marker 212 in Montana. So many little signs and wonders delighted me as I drove to Eastport alone. Because of her daughter's illness, Rainie was not able to go with me. However, it seemed fitting that the Lord would grant me the courage and honor of HIM being my only traveling companion on such an awesome trip across the country and to the fourth corner of America. I smiled and rejoiced every mile and minute at the wonder of such a vast endeaver and that I was nearing my destination. That night I treated myself to a Maine lobster (lobsta', here). They were 2 for the price of 1 and the perfect meal at the dock.

Tomorrow, October 18, I will be driving into Long Island, NY to see my friend, Irene, and share with a group tomorrow night. We plan to pray off the waters of Long Island on Sunday. On Monday, I leave for Milford, Delaware, and by next weekend, I plan to be in Moravian Falls, NC. I will be seeing Joshua at Ft Bragg the next week as he will be gone to some training in Arizona until then. I'll keep you posted on the rest of the trip.

I am still processing the intensity and immensity of the trip out here. I hardly know how to tell you what I saw and felt as I peered into the early morning dawn on Saturday, 10-11. To stand on the shores of the 4th corner of America and feel the honor of representing your waters and prayers and to bring so great a sacrifice before the Lord. There is a great sense of accomplishment and wonderment that has been overwhelming. I want to thank all of your for your part in the miracle of it all and I'm so grateful for your prayerful and financial support.

As I write tonight I am staying with my wonderful delightful friend, Rainie, who lives in Westborough, Massachusetts. The foliage here is also stunningly beautiful and I'm so grateful for the joy and privilege of meeting leaders and intercessors in this historic New England region. We are all rooting for the Boston Red Sox to win of course.

Your continued prayers are gratefully acknowledged and needed as I continue this life changing journey. While standing on the shores of Eastport, I did feel strongly to pray against the election of Obama and deeply felt the impending danger of hidden agendas. I'm praying and calling for an unraveling and exposure of who this man really is and who is really behind the scenes.

I pray that your are blessed with the photo album and that I can follow up with a more detailed journal of what happened on this remarkable journey and endeavor. Your prayers and financial support are needed and gratefully received.

TO HIS GLORY,

Carla
