Dearest Friends,

Blessings to all of you. May our Gracious and Loving Heavenly Father securely hold and keep each of you in His love and care.

I have several urgent matters I want to share with you. Don't worry, it's not about money.

For several days, I've been deeply stirred about a sequencing of events and prophectic numbers that I believe are signs of a major shift about to happen. I am not an alarmist and in fact, I dislike all the warnings and threats that come thru emails and 'doomers' to keep people's nerves frazzled and wear out the saints. They eventually lead to the hardening of our hearts and shutting our ears just to survive and try to live a normal life. This is not that.

However, I do feel the Lord wants to give us a "heads up". What this means is to "Lift up your head, for your Redemption draweth near". I'm not talking about a rapture and escaping what is to come. I have serious doubts that the theories we have imagined and merchandized is what is on the Lords' heart. While most of the modern church wants to escape and let the world get it's just desserts, the Lord has been faithfully preparing a people and a ordaining a means of escape that will lift us out of 'normal' Christian lives and cause us to ascend into a realm of Glory and Power that will affect change in the earth. I believe He wants us to live enraptured and captured by His love and joy and righteousness in the realm of the Kingdom of Heaven. "Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be Done, On (in) Earth, As It Is In Heaven... His Kingdom is within us and is about to burst forth with the full glory of a new creation. It is coming about through transformation and that is what I want to share with you.

Over two years ago, I began to see a certain number frequently. Many of you have had experiences with prophetic numbers and know that it is a wonderful way the Lord speaks to us. Our entire world is built on the reliability of mathematics and God loves numbers so much, we have a book called Numbers in the Bible. Moses wrote "Teach us to number our days". I'm glad we can always count on numbers... pun intended.


The number the Lord keeps blinking to me is 212. I'm going to share several key stories with you to show you how He has been highlighting this number to me and what I feel it is speaking presently to us. Keep in mind we are only three days away from 2-12, or February 12, which is why I'm sensing an urgency to give you a "heads up" that something very important is about to happen. Any warning to us is not to get distracted or nullify what He is saying just because we might not understand it completely, or he doesn't speak to you that way. He has watchmen to see what is coming and to declare it to you. So, hear my heart and if I have gained your confidence as a watchman, read carefully and prayerfully what I believe is a timely and exciting message to us. It is easy to get a yah..yah..yah..ho hum attitude. Ask me how I know. Beloved, let us watch and pray with joy.

The number 212 began to be a enigma in 2006. In September that year, I moved to Liberty Lake, finally getting my things out of storage since the major shift in 2005 when Josh went into the military, and I had to move out. After 17 months of travel, the Lord graciously opened up the door to move to a nearly new apartment in beautiful Liberty Lake. It happened so fast, my head was spinning. My address is 21200 East Country Vista Dr. I realized it later of course and marveled. Recently a lovely lady in Shippensburg, PA told me she always notes the prophetic meaning of people's addresses. When she looked at mine, we both laughed. I live on East Country Vista Drive. Do you know anyone who has driven east across the country more than I have? AND I have certainly enjoyed the vista, the view of America as I have driven east on several country vista drives... Apartment L-104. L for life, liberty, love. 104 or ten-four, a communication for over and out. And right now, I'm set 'a-part and meant' to hear what the Lord desires to say to me and others.

Two years ago on February 12, 2007, Gateway Fellowship in Coeur D Alene hosted a "Quantum Glory" conference beginning it deliberately on 2-12 as it was the anniversary of the Latter Rain Outpouring on 2-12-1948. Last year in 2008, marked the 60th anniversary of a movement that touched the world, brought major shifts and revelation to the church, challenged beliefs, and set the stage for the miracle healing tent meetings of the early 50's. There are many mixed reviews about the outpouring, depending on the resistance of certain religious denominations and doctrines still holding a grudge. However, it was the most powerful move to affect Western Christianity in the last century. I believe one of the keys to genuine revival and reformation is to honor the fathers, mothers and leaders of the last move. Granted they sometimes fight the new move, but some of it is due to the smug attitude of the new generation who discount and disregard the sacrifices made for what is coming forth now for them. No other generation as ours has so dishonored their parents and elderly. On my first trip to the west coast in 2000, the Lord kept highlighting the Latter Rain Movement and I didn't even know what it was. It has been my honor and delight to meet several elderly people who were part of that original move, and I've been deeply grateful for the legacy of faithfulness and testimonies that they have left to us.

After seeing 212 so often, I kept asking the Lord what he was trying to show me. There can be many meanings, but the one he reminded me of one day is that water boils at 212 degrees. That seems appropriate for the 'waterlady'. In other words, what has been visible, is now invisable. What has been liquid turns to steam and escapes the heat. I began to see it as the 'flash point of change' or the number of transformation, for water changes form. As I was pondering on this, I received a email forward with a website link in it called www.simpletruths.com. I rarely, rarely click on those, but for 'some reason' did that day. It took me into a website and the first thing I saw were the huge numbers 212. I was so surprised and immediately checked it out. I learned that it is used as the title for a huge motivational series called 212. The point being that at 211 degrees, nothing happens, but if you go the extra degree, water boils and then steam is produced and steam empowers locomotives... so go the extra degree. I made it known to the leadership at Gateway in CdA for their conference and we all rejoiced that the Lord was dropping us clues right and left. I was also reminded that the scripture says we go from "one degree of Glory to another."

" And all of us, as with unveiled face, continue to behold in the Word of God as in a mirror the Glory of the Lord are constanatly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another, for this comes from the Lord Who is One Spirit." (II Cor 3:18)

This very Bible reference speaks of transfiguration or transformation... and that is what is happening.

About the same time, I remembered a scripture reference in Jeremiah 1:11-13. (Amplified version)

"Moreover the Word of the Lord came to me saying, Jeremiah, 'What do you see?'... And I said, 'I see a branch or shoot of an almond tree' (the emblem of alertness and activity, blossoming in late winter)
Then said the Lord to me, 'You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform it.'

And the word of the Lord came to me the second time, saying, 'What do you see?'
And I said, 'I see a boiling pot, and the face of it tipped away from the north and it's mouth about to pour forth on the south."

"Oh, that You would rend the heavens, and that You would come down, that the mountains might quake and flow down at Your Presence. As when fire kindles the brushwood and the fire causes the waters to boil; to make Your Name known to Your adversaries that the nations may tremble at Your Presence." Isaiah 64: 1-2

"He makes the deep boil like a pot; he makes the sea like foaming pot of ointment." Job 41:31


I also want to draw your attention to the fact that the sacrifices had to be boilied.

"And Moses said to Aaron and his sons, Boil the flesh at the door of the tent of meeting, and there eat it with the bread that is in the basket of consecration and ordination, as I commanded saying, Arron and his sons shall eat it." Leviticus 8:31

"Take the choicest of the flock, and burn also the unused bones under it, and make it boil well, and seeth its bones in the pot. Ezekiel 24:5

" And he said to me, This is the place where the priest shall boil the guilt offering and the sin offering and where they shall bake the meal offering, to prevent their having to bring them into the outer court, lest they should thereby wrongfully sanctify - separate and consecrate for holy service - the people who are there. Ezekiel 46:20

"These are the kitchens of those who do the boiling, where the ministry of the temple shall boil the sacrifices of the people." Ezekiel 46:24



As you can see my friend, boiling water has a significant place in the Scripture. Anyone feeling cooked yet? I have much better news for you.

Anyone watching the current state of affairs in our government, nation, churches, families, and the world in general know that we have come near to the boiling point. The good news is that the Lord is preparing a way of escape for His people and it will come forth speedily. In a moment as water reaches 212 degrees, the water molecules having been greatly agitated by the intense heat and pressure take flight and escape into steam. I can't help but feel we are about to see a major shift and change that will lift us out what has been and cause us to take flight into a dimension of spiritual reality unlike has ever been known. I'm really at a loss to explain it more fully, but felt the urgency to share with you that the focus on 212 degrees I believe, in part, is pointing to the coming date 2-12. I have had several people mention to me that the Lord is showing them something very important will be happening in February, and I do feel we are to keep alert and watch with an expectant heart and mind and an uplifted face to the Lord. Let it be as the Lord said to Jeremiah, "You have seen well". I do not sense this is a national or political shift or crisis as much as it is a change coming to us individually and corporately, especially those of us who have allowed our flesh to get boiled in the pot of affliction. Many of us are suffering physically, emotionally, and financially and haven't seemed to find any relief or explanation. Could it be the necessary process to get us to the place of complete release of natural limitations that will allow us to be lifted out of this present state of form into a higher dimension of spirit? Something is going on that cannot be explained or rebuked away. What has worked isn't working in the lives of most Christian people I know right now, and I can't help but wonder if we are being prepared for a great transformation and translation that will defy gravity and death. Paul said "this corruptible must put on incorruption and this immortal must put on immortality" I Cor 15:53. While most contribute these verses to a rapture, I can't help but feel the Lord is about to do a supernatural work in His people that will dazzle the world and frazzle the carnal enemy of mankind. At present, we are not able to cope with or challenge and defeat the forces of evil without Supernatural strength, power, and wisdom. Jesus, the head of the body is joined to His body and we will have the Mind of Christ directing our steps and ascent. I am not date setting, but I am telling you that something is up very soon and we just need to look up and keep our heads up and stand up and rise up, for it will only be done in the Power of His Spirit. Human wisdom, will and determination will not win this battle. Regardless of what we feel or see on 2-12 or don't feel or see, we can still come into agreement with the Spirit of the Lord Who is doing a Mighty work in realms beyond our vision.

Another verse that is being highlighted repeatedly is Isaiah 60:1-2.

ARISE (just like steam)... from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you; Rise to a new life; Shine - be radiant with the Glory of the Lord; for your light is come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.

For behold, darkeness shall cover the earh, and dense darkness all peoples; but the Lord shall arise upon you and His glory shall be see on you.

I am telling you beloved, that an ARISING is coming. The ability to ARISE will not come out of the weakness of our flesh or the determined will of our soul, but the command of the Lord who says, COME UP HERE!!! HE is bringing the change. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye... by the way did you know the word moment is not a moment in time as we have been taught? Rather the Greek word is 'atomos' meaning in the very atoms of our being we will be changed. That is why a great interest is in quantum physics right now and that what we see is made of what we cannot see. We are being renewed in our minds to see and think differently. Some of us have just thrown up our hands and said "I don't get it", but even that simple gesture if it's surrendering to the Lord can be a yielding of the natural mind. We can "get it" inside, even if our minds won't compute.


I want to share a few marvelous personal stories about 212 to encourage your faith and let you see that it has gone beyond ordinary circumstances. Some of this will be a repeat of an earlier email, but it is certainly worth the repeating.

After many weeks of prayer to discern the Lord's will and purpose, I left on Sept 16, 2008 for a "east country drive" with my focus and face set towards Eastport, Maine by Oct 10-11. The details are in past newsletters for the new folks on my email list, so go to the website: www.carlareed.com. I had been in the Seattle area the previous week and on my return trip to Liberty Lake on 9-11, the Glory van registered 144,000 miles; 12 x 12 x 1000 is another important number in scripture as you know and speaks of a governmental people in power and authority. I was on my way back to attend the Healing Rooms Conference in Spokane that night and interestingly enough, I was in Spokane on 9-11-01. After a few days of preparation for what became a 12 week trip on 'east country (vista) drive', I returned on 12-11-08 and my first full day at home was 12-12. What a glorious day it was to be home at last after over 13,000 miles and what a glorious testimony to the Lord's faithfulness to keep me.

When I left on Tues, Sept 16, I quickly recorded my mileage, but didn't really think about it again until I was in Montana about 200 miles and I glanced down and had come 144,404 miles since 9-11, which was only 40 miles away from all 4's. I decided to watch my mileage closely, knowing that soon I would turn 144,444 miles, and I wanted to be sure and stop along side the interstate and take a picture of my odometer. Just as I saw it was registering 144,443 miles, I noticed an off ramp to an exit and suddenly decided to get off I-90 to safely take a picture. When I got to the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp, it still had not turned 144,444 miles which I thought was odd as it should have. Instead of driving to my right or left on a road I didn't want to travel, I began to ease back toward the interstate on the on ramp slowly. It still didn't turn over and by now, I was sure it would have. So, I simply got back on I-90 and waited. Then, I passed mile marker 212 and within a short distance, the odometer turned to 144,444 miles. I stopped, put on my blinkers and snapped several pictures. I was so intense on watching for the whizzing traffic coming from behind me that I still didn't fully comprehend what was happening. As I eased back on I-90, which by the way, I have driven from Seattle to Boston, I was suddenly so aware of the miracle that had just happened. The exit I had driven off was 211 and the oddity of my odometer not turning over had a greater implication. In other words, at 211, nothing happened, but when I passed mile marker 212, the turning happened.

The focal point of Eastport, Maine had to do with it being my 4th corner of America, so 4's and door's were continually before me. Eastport also represented the East(portal) and what I sensed as a portal and opening into America. It is the easternmost city of America, and I had to drive through Perry and the reservation of the Passamaquoddy Indians known as the "People of the Dawn". Here the sun's rays first hit our nation, and as I stood watching the sun come up early that morning of Oct 11, I realized we are set for a MORNING GLORY that is dawning across the land. This is not about politics and governments, it is about a "People of the Dawn" who are ARISING in the earth.

While in Maine, I stayed with the most delightful couple, Richard and Linda Brink, who have pastored in the Oakdale/Waterville area many years. They asked me to share with their ministry school the night I arrived and I talked to them about 212. It spoke to them as well of the needed and coming changes which pressure and boiling circumstances are bringing about. Richard and Linda are key apostolic leaders in Maine and honored me greatly by presenting me with the key to Maine given to them by Chuck Pierce and allowing me to take it to Eastport with me to pray before I returned it to them. How wonderful it is when we work together.

The morning of 10-10 (John 10:10), I awoke with an excitement that could hardly be contained. As I made my way near Interstate 95 towards Bangor and then Eastport, I suddenly noticed a gas station. Without any premediated planning, at the spur of the moment, I quickly pulled into the Shell station to top off my tank. As I was pumping gas, I was startled to look across the pumps to see a man filling up a red Trans Am. His Maine license plate had three numbers - 212. I was stunned and quickly tried to take his picture without being noticed, and then I called Linda Brink to tell her and I wasnt' even out of town yet. As I filled my tank, I recorded my mileage and noted I had come 211.6 miles since the day before when driving up from Massachuesetts. That meant just as I pulled onto I-95, my mileage turned to 212 from the day before. I cleared it again and started north with such a sense of Divine destiny and purpose as I drove towards Eastport. The fall foliage was optimum and the beauty of color dotted the landscape with breathtaking views that made me want to stop and take pictures at every turn in the road. About 50 miles before reaching Eastport, my odometer turned to 148,888 miles, which meant that since the day of my encounter in Montana on Sept 16, I had come 4,444 miles. Now, how could you call all that coincidence? Why the focus on 212?

One other unique happening occured as I left Fredericksburg, VA on the morning of 11-1. I was driving to Marlton, New Jersey to speak the next day and spend a few days. I had to come around the Washington, DC beltway and felt it was timely as the elections would be held on 11-4. While in Eastport, Maine, I had felt to pray strongly and cry out against the election of Obama, and it happened again as I drove around Washington, DC. When I got into New Jersey, I decided to pull off into the Visitor Center rest area, stretch, and gather some information. When I got back in the van and began to drive, I realized I was just about to have come 212 miles and it was 2:12 in the afternoon. They both synchronized for about 10 miles before traffic or construction slowed me down and I had to exit. Once again, my attention was being focused on 212.

A few days ago, I talked to somone about it on the phone. Then I jumped up to get a drink of water and it was 2:12 in the afternoon and it happened the next day as well at the same time.

Another major focus for 2-12 is that it is Abraham Lincoln's birthday and there is a huge emphasis on Lincoln this year, including Obama's use of the Lincoln Bible to promote his image as a liberator. I hardly think Lincoln would approve of Obama's abortion agenda. It seemed like a sacrilege to me.

A matter of interest is that I spent 12 days in November in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania participating in some meetings with David and Becky Van Koevering. We went to the Lincoln Diner in Gettysburg to eat after the meetings and it was positioned near the train tracks that took Lincoln to deliver the Gettysburg address. We are surely seeing the signs of another civil war looming in America. Lincoln is so known for liberty and freedom and once again, we see the parallels with his birthday on 2-12. It seems rather odd I would spend 12 days in the Gettysburg area. And of course, don't forget I live in "Liberty" Lake.

For a few days, I have felt the Lord prompting me to email you and let you ponder these things in your hearts. He is bringing comfort to us in many ways and wants you to know that even though the heat has been turned up and you feel you're at the boiling point, He is providing a way of release and escape. I don't think it will be like anything we have seen before.

"Love lifted me, love lifted me, when nothing else could help, love lifted me" Hymn

Lift up your heads, O you gates; and be lifted up, you age abiding doors; that the King of Glory may come in..." Psalms 24:7

You get the idea. Keep your eyes, head, face, hands, voice and heart lifted up. Remember He is the God of the LIFT. If you reference all the scriptures, it can't help but "lift" you.
